Upon purchase, you will promptly receive an email containing a download link.

Our digital products were made to be used in Goodnotes on an iPad with an Apple Pencil.

However, they are compatible with any other PDF annotation apps such as Notability, Noteful, Nebo, Xodo, CollaNote etc.

To access your digital product on Goodnotes, follow these steps:

1. Click the download link provided in the email.

2. Save the file on your device.

3. Open the Goodnotes app.

4. Tap "New" at the left-hand corner of the screen.

5. Tap "Import" and locate the file you downloaded.

6. Open the file to view your digital product.

If you haven't received the email with the download link, please contact us as soon as possible

We will ensure that you receive the link to download your digital product.

If you encounter any errors while using your digital product, please contact us and provide us with the details of the issue.

We are committed to fixing and updating any major errors on our digital products, and we offer a lifetime guarantee for this purpose.

Our digital products are not returnable.

However, if you experience a major issue with a digital product and would prefer not to receive an update, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or recordings.

In such cases, we will refund you the full cost of the product.
