Refunds
We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund you'll need to contact us within 14 days of delivery, provide the order details, details of the condition of the item when received and, if possible, pictures of the item.
To start a Refund, you can contact us at Tekishostationery@gmail.com. If your refund is accepted, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method minus shipping fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
